Omelette roll



Here is another recipe with egg for you to try. As you know eggs are very good source of proteins, vitamins and cholesterol. Cooked eggs are served with breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Omelette is one of the easy to make egg recipe. You can make fluffy omelettes with eggs and veggies available in your kitchen.

Here is the recipe for egg omelette roll, which is nothing but folding 2-3 thin omelettes and cut into small pieces. To make this recipe, I have used onions and tomatoes.

Ingredients
  1. Egg – 4
  2. Onions – 2 medium sized
  3. Green chilli – 2-3
  4. Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoon, finely chopped
  5. Turmeric powder – ½  tablespoon
  6. Black pepper powder – ½ tablespoon
  7. Red chilli powder – ¼ tablespoon
  8. Milk – 2 tablespoon
  9. Vegetable Oil to cook omelette 

Instructions
  •   Coarsely chop onions, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves and keep it aside

  • Crack the eggs into a small bowl. Whisk till the egg white and yoke combines well and form a frothy mixture 

  • Add all spice powders into the mixture and mix well

  • Add chopped veggies and milk into the bowl and stir until combined
  • Grease oil on the hot pan and pour half of the egg mixture on to it. Spread it evenly on the pan. Cook both sides of the omelette. 
  • Make omelette with remaining mixture. Place omelette on a plate and let it cool for 1 minute.
  • Wrap the first omelette, keep the second omelette while wrapping the first one as shown below


  • Transfer the wrap to a cutting plate and cut into bite sized pieces.

  • Serve this fluffy rolls with ketchup

Note

You can prepare plain rolls without any veggies or can make it rich with different veggies like bell peppers, carrots etc.
