Gajar halwa with condensed milk/ carrot halwa

Gajar halva or carrot halva is a dessert pudding made with grated carrots and dry fruits. This dish is mostly prepared during festive seasons. Because of its creamy texture and ghee flavor makes this dessert equally popular among kids to aged people. Dry fruits like cashews and badams give crunchiness in each bite and take the dessert to another level.

My family loves this sweet dessert for all the special occasions. The aromatic smell comes while preparing this dish itself it mouth watering. Some people uses mava/khoya is used to get the creamy texture. For this halva I have used full-fat milk and condensed milk not used any sugar.
